Un giochino che dura tutto l'anno, da fare quotidianamente, per allenarci a scoprire le belle cose che ci capitano.
Un momento piacevole da annotare su un bigliettino e custodirlo in un barattolo sufficientemente capiente, da rileggere prima del prossimo capodanno.
Un esercizio per trovare un motivo per sorridere ed essere felici.
L'idea è nata dopo aver trovato in rete il racconto di una signora che da anni prepara il suo barattolo, e dopo aver ricevuto più volte, da diversi canali, un breve video di Benigni sulla felicità.
Per caso, poi, mi sono ricordata di questa canzone degli Abba (Happy new year) che ben completava questa ripresa scolastica di gennaio.
